Our family built two spacious and sunny detached houses in Dzintari with two apartments each.

Entrance is through a common driveway with automatic gates for all owners, and you can park your car in the carport allocated to each apartment, where you can also charge your car.

The total area of the plot is 1860 m². The total area of the interior spaces in each apartment is 135 m². A separate plot of 528 m² (for the first and the fourth apartment) will be provided for the use of the apartment. The internal layout of the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a study, a living room with kitchen area, a dressing room, a utility room, a guest toilet and 2 bathrooms.

Each apartment has an independent gas boiler, underfloor heating with water circulation, all electrical wiring, city water and sewerage connections, with separate meters for each apartment.

The apartment is equipped with full interior decoration, kitchen equipment and appliances, shelves in the wardrobe and all sanitary and technical equipment.
